Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on production schedules, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. Tenera Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of many products:
Personalized or custom items are generally non-refundable
Defective or damaged items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
Approved returns may be subject to restocking or shipping fees
Please contact Tenera Design Co. to request return authorization before sending any items back.
